We went to Williamsburg this spring. It was a wonderful time and the weather was lovely. We spend sooooo much time before we left sewing new costumes. I woke up one morning in January highly inspired by this and commenced on a huge sewing spree which lasted the better part of the month and ALL of February. Emily and Isabelle caught the bug and were soon sewing stays and petticoats with me till the day we left. 🙂

If you like historical places, this post is for you because I went crazy on the buildings this year! Be sure to stick around till the end of the post since I just happened to stick in some night photography for ya all. Enjoy all the pictures! Have a great Monday 🙂

Williamsburg 2013 | Williamsburg VA Photographer

Sooooooo I FINALLY got this post up!  It took me forever to go through all these pics. Thanks for being patient even though this was a few days late 🙂 I’ll be putting up another post near the end of the week to make up for this so keep your eyes peeled.

This was our second year going to Williamsburg. We went with a group of large families and we all lived on the same street at the resort. So in other words, TONS of fun and fellowship. 🙂 It was awesome to renew old friendships and make new ones. Here is just a SMALL sampling of our week. Enjoy 🙂

We traveled to Bacon’s Castle which is the oldest brick building in Virginia. To get there, we had to use the ferry. It was a first for most of us.

West Virginia Vacation | Cass WV Photographer

Shenandoah mountains

This years vacation was quite different for us. We decided to vacation in West Virginia instead of going to the beach. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. We went down just as the fall colors were at their peak. Here is just a small sample of the beautiful pictures we captured. Enjoy 🙂

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I’ve been trying to get this post up for almost a month now. So sorry folks. :-/ Between family life and computer issues, I haven’t gotten to do much with the blog.  Anyhow, here’s a long awaited post. These were taken in August when me and Emily went to visit some friends for a few days. We had a such a marvelous time! Here are just a few pictures from the visit. 🙂 Enjoy. 🙂

For YEARS me and Melissa wanted to do a photoshoot together with dresses. It was soooo fantastic to finally be able to do it. We were trading lenses and switching cameras the whole time. 🙂 Melissa is a fabulous photographer and graphic designer. You can check out her pictures from the photoshoot here.

In the summer, the gardens in Williamsburg are full of blooming flowers and ripe vegetables. Imagine what this garden would look like in the summer.
