Spring came and went so fast for me this year. (Summer too!) Life has been crazy busy in such a great way. The only thing is that in times like these I can hardly find the time to put on make up, much less blog. 😦 I’m finally digging through all of my pictures to scrape together a post for you all. Hope you all enjoy! 🙂
We got a new puppy! His name is Silas. 🙂
Isabelle bought an orphan calf off from a friend of ours. His name is Henri (pronounced with an “Aw” sound instead of the “h”. If you’ve watched Liberty’s Kids, you’ll know what I mean. 😀 ) and his favorite snack is bananas. 😀
Waking up early to photograph some of the girls for a CD.
The four of us oldest at a Jane Austen/Regency era ball that Emily hosted. Emily went as Cinderella and I was in my 1770’s-80’s ball dress.
Hi! So it seems that winter finally decided to arrive in western Pennsylvania. Getting over 12 inches the other day was quite exciting! It was the perfect thing to break me out of my photography slump which always hits in January/February. Me, Emily and Isabelle decided to brave the cold and get some portrait shots so they could update their email profiles. I grabbed a few farm shots as well since it was soooooo BEAUTIFUL outside. Take a look at the snowy awesomeness!!
Hey! How’s your Christmas going? Mine is crazy as usual. I just thought I’d check in with you all to let you know about a project I’ve been working on. This year, I really wanted to up my game with my pictures. Every Christmas gets so busy that I seem to miss the all the action and fun the season and really only pull my camera out on Christmas day. This year, I’ve decided to change that and put up a picture for the 12 days of Christmas. I have been putting one up every morning on my Facebook page.
I have the first 7 up in this blog post. The last 5 days I will post on here on Christmas day or the day after, but if you would like to see them the minute they’re posted, take a look at the FB page. I’m really excited about the next 3 days pictures!
It was a beautiful cold snowy day. I decided that I must take advantage of the gorgeous snow and take some farm pictures. It just so happened that our friends were in the midst of lambing season so we dropped by there as well. Emmaline was a trooper going out in the foot of snow dragging around an uncooperative pregnant donkey. 🙂 Thankfully, Isabelle came with us to help out with the cranky animals. Take a look at what we captured below. Enjoy 🙂
Mr.Guinea discovers snow 😉
This kitty likes this post. You should like it too! 😉
This wedding was different from any other wedding I’ve done. When Saloni contacted me last summer about photographing her wedding, I was SO excited. She told me she was getting married two days after Christmas and was having an India/American wedding! Yes! Saris, stunning dresses and Indian food! To say I was beyond excited, was an understatement. 😀 I had SUCH a hard time narrowing the pictures to put on here. They are alll amazing! Many thanks to my awesome Second photographer Rebekah and my sister Isabelle. Without yinz, I could never have done it!
